Before work begins

If you need to cancel, contact us promptly through Order Chat. A request made before work begins can be reviewed for cancellation and refund.

Work in progress or completed

Because services are digital and may be customized, refund eligibility depends on the work already performed, delivery status, and the reason for the request. Completed or substantially performed services may not be refundable except where required by law.

Service problems

If a delivered service does not match the catalog description, contact us through Order Chat with relevant details. We will review the order and determine an appropriate correction or refund where applicable.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first so we can review the order. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider and your financial institution.
