Information we process

We process the contact and order information needed to provide services, including your checkout email, customer name when supplied, purchased service, platform, order status, support and Order Chat messages, and files you choose to send. Stripe processes payment-card information; Galaxy Modzz does not store card numbers or CVV codes.

How we use information

We use this information to confirm purchases, deliver and track services, provide secure order access, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain business and security records.

Service providers and retention

Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the service, such as Stripe for payments, Google Cloud for hosting and private storage, and our email provider for access messages. We retain records only as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations.

You may contact us through secure support to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion where applicable. We may retain records that must be kept for security, financial, or legal reasons.
